Lunch and Learns
Financial Retirement Planning – Serving Garland, Frisco and the Surrounding Areas
Whether your employees are most interested in Retirement Planning, Wills and Trusts, or Social Security and Medicare, Ricker Retirement Specialists will provide a one-hour Lunch and Learn for your employees at your location. And we’ll have lunch catered for the attendees. All at no cost to you.
Why do we invest this time and money for your employees? Because we have learned over the past several years that this investment produces a win-win-win.
Attendees win by gaining confidence about their financial future, feeling empowered and becoming more aware about issues related to retirement.
Organizations/Employers win by earning goodwill with their employees, reducing workplace stress, increasing savings rates, and increasing productivity.
Ricker Retirement wins by increasing its awareness as a financial services provider that the attendees can choose to engage on their own in order to continue developing their financial plan for retirement.
We’ll help you reach the goal of having at least thirty (30) attendees at your event by providing you with posters, flyers, sign-up sheets, TV screen ads, and/or post cards to promote the event(s). If multiple seminars are needed to ensure that everyone who is interested has an opportunity to attend, we will book two (2) presentations on the same day or book on multiple days to meet your needs. Spouses or significant others are invited if permitted by your organization.
If your 401(k) administrator also provides seminars, there is no conflict. Ricker Retirement Specialists’ focus is on comprehensive retirement planning. We serve with a fiduciary standard of care, which means we are permitted by law to provide personal advice at no risk to your company, whereas a 401(k) administrator is not permitted to do so.
Ricker Retirement Specialists provides in-house educational events as a community service for the employees of many large corporations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The list is growing but currently includes the following:
LPL Financial, Ricker Retirement Specialists and the companies listed above are not affiliated, and the companies have not requested nor authorized any association with Ricker. Although no products will be sold at the event, implementation of some of the strategies discussed may require the purchase of securities or insurance products which are subject to cost and may involve risk.
