Client Advisory Board
The Client Advisory Board Members serve as advocates for our clients. They do not offer investment advice but rather help us gain insight into the wants and needs of our clients and to search for innovative ways to better serve them. Their feedback on issues such as new services and programs, marketing materials, investment reports, and impressions about staff, phone courtesy and office atmosphere are invaluable to our commitment of constantly improving our service and business practices.
In an effort to provide the best possible input to improve the overall client experience, members of the board were selected based on a variety of characteristics that include; length of time they have been clients of Ricker Retirement, geographic diversity, investment and technological experience.
